Melvin Freeman serves as Administrative Officer of Wings of the Dawn. In this capacity he assists in the planning, directing and overall facilitation of the organization. He also serves as a Project Manager for GSA's Real Property Disposal Office. As a Project Manager Melvin initiates, plans, directs and controls the execution of numerous real estate disposal projects in 15 states throughout the United States. Melvin has served in various leadership roles at Great Commission Baptist Church where he currently serves as an instructor and Board Member. Melvin is also a graduate of the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas. He holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Strategic Management and a Master of Business Degree from Texas A&M University-Commerce, Texas.
