Pastor Andrew Duya

Pastor Andrew Duya is WoD Program Officer in Nigeria, responsible for administration, identifying and implementation of related project in Nigeria. Pastor Duya also sits on the Advisory Board Committee of WoD. He retired from the Nigerian Police Force as a Seargent in 1996. Pastor Duya's passion for access to better education for the children of Africa has been on the fore front of his mission to help meet educational need of his people. He worked briefly with African Refugees Foundation from June 1998 to January 1999 where in collaboration with Wings of the Dawn help establish the first library at Oru Refugee Camp in Nigeria.

Pastor Duya is a graduate of Evangelical Church of West Africa (ECWA) Seminary in Igbaja Kwara state. He is the Senior Pastor of ECWA Goodnews Church based in Ikeja Lagos, married to Lydia, A Police officer serving with the Lagos State Police command. They have two children: Rachel (24 Yrs) and Michael (21 yrs).
